The administrative structure is always and anyway oriented to continuous improvement and innovation of processes from an organizational point of view, with optimization in areas and services for homogeneity of functions. Similar attention is paid to cultural innovation, with actions that lead continuously to a sensitization of the technical administrative staff towards the culture of result, working in a spirit of service, The European Commission has published a report on the European Union’s work programme for the next five years.
