Alessandra Moroni
Graduated in Education Sciences at the ”Università Cattolica", she started to work with the Politecnico in 2004, taking on different roles in the field of training and development of human resources and contributing to the consolidation of the Mission of the Human Resources and Organizational Division. Her goal has always been to develop an organizational culture that promotes the development of people and therefore our University. It is with the same approach that she acts today her role as Director: to ensure the valorization and development of the internal competences at the University, through the design of the structures, mobility and external recruitment, management of the careers, the governance of training processes, actions for organizational well-being in order to ensure the implementation of strategies and objectives of the University.

Mission of the Division
Foster the growth of a diverse community to contribute to Politecnico excellence
The Division aims to ensure the recruitment, selection, development and retention of qualified personnel, to promote a productive working environment and a good organizational climate, in order to maximise the individual and organisational potential and make the University a place to choose to work.
The objectives we set ourselves are to support the University’s Governance in anticipating and meeting the changing development needs of the Politecnico di Milano; continuously improve organizational and individual effectiveness, embracing change and innovation; coordinating organizational performance actions; attracting, enhancing, encouraging and supporting the people of the University; supporting career and professional growth; ensuring fair treatment in behavior, in policies and working practices, also through comparison with institutional and bargaining tables.
