General Affairs and Strategic Support Division  

The Division aims to strategically support the Governance of the University, provide useful elements for decision-making and ensure the correct use of resources, with reference to the performance objectives and strategic development of the University. It deals with data management, accreditation systems, planning and control, performance. Through the creation of task forces, it ensures the achievement of objectives that are challenging for the University and require the contribution of several divisions of administration.

In particular, it promotes the conception, design and testing of tools and methods for innovative teaching and is an active part in the management process of development sites for the implementation of the Strategic Plan for Sustainability of the University, coordinating and stimulating the work of the structures involved, in close coordination with the University’s Governance. It is in charge of institutional and legal affairs at the University, provides support to the institutions and deals with the participations of the Politecnico di Milano. It is responsible for and presides over the personal data protection; prevention and protection; quality.
