Marcella Logli

Among the first women to graduate in Information Sciences at Statale di Milano, she has always cultivated a strong passion for technological innovation and its ability to transform sectors, cultures and people. Since the beginning of her career, her goal has been to anticipate future trends and apply digital technologies to improve people’s lives and the competitiveness of companies. She has led teams in companies such as Apple, Olivetti, Gruppo San Donato, holding management roles in marketing and communication, as well as more institutional roles as Director Corporate Social Responsibility and General Director of Fondazione Tim. Its involvement in the launch of pioneering services - such as the first ISP Italia Online and Tin.it, the first cloud computing services - has always been consistent. She takes part as an independent board member in CDA of listed companies.

Mission of the Division

Strategically supporting the communication of the Politecnico di Milano

The mission of the Division is to strategically support the communication of the Politecnico di Milano, promoting solid relationships with the main stakeholders to spread the distinctive traits of the institute. The Area is concerned with the reputation and brand awareness of the Politecnico, addressing students, companies, institutions, media, universities, and national and international territory. It also undertakes to identify the most effective initiatives and actions to communicate relevant topics in the field of Research, Education and Third Mission, following the strategic lines established by Governance.

The Division manages promotional campaigns, media relations, internal and external communications, digital marketing, cultural and institutional events, and is committed to sustainable development and social responsibility. It is the reference point for all the facilities of the University, acting as a unique direction to consolidate the brand of the Politecnico. It develops contents, events and partnerships in a cross-media logic, ensuring that each message is aligned with the University’s strategies.
