First early enrolment phase
This phase is reserved for candidates who graduate from secondary school in the 2024/2025 school year and who:
- passed an ENGLISH TOLC-I 2024 between 1 January and 31 July 2024 (recorded by 7 August 2024) with a score converted to TOL score rounded to the nearest integer greater than or equal to 68/90
or - have an alternative SAT (go to the dedicated page for scores) taken between 1 January 2024 and 5 May 2025 and recorded by 11:59 (CEST) on 5 May 2025.
Second standard enrolment phase with 4 sliding rankings
This phase is reserved for candidates who:
- passed an ENGLISH TOLC-I 2024 between 1 January 2024 and 31 July 2024 with a score converted to TOL score rounded to the nearest integer greater than or equal to 68/90 and did not enrol in the previous phase
- passed an ENGLISH TOLC-I 2024 between 1 January 2024 and 31 July 2024 with a score converted to TOL score rounded to the nearest integer greater than 27/90 and less than 68/90 (recorded by 7 August 2024)
- passed an ENGLISH TOLC-I 2025 by 31 May 2024 with a score converted to TOL score rounded to the nearest integer greater than or equal to 27/90 taken by 13 June and recorded by 18 June 2025.
Remember that you must register that you have an English TOLC-I in the Online Services.
If you do not register by the deadline it will not be possible to use your test.
You can proceed from the day following the date you took the English TOLC-I and only after the official result is made available on the CISIA website.
-If you took an English TOLC-I 2024 when you were enrolled in the penultimate year of high school, you must register it by 11:59 am (CEST) on 7 August 2024.
-If you took an English TOLC-I 2025, and are enrolled in the final year of high school or you have already graduated, you must register it by 11:59 am (CEST) on 18 June 2025
First ranking
In the first ranking list published on 23 June 2025 candidates may be:
ASSIGNED - candidates must enrol by 11:59 pm (CEST) on 25 June 2025 in the relevant programme.
If candidates fail to enrol, they will be deemed to have withdrawn.
PENDING - candidates cannot enrol, but express interest by 11:59 am (CEST) on 26 June 2025 to be considered in the next ranking.
Failure to express interest will be considered as a withdrawal from this enrolment phase.
COURSE FULL - all the places on the course at the Politecnico have been allocated and you will not be able to enrol during this phase for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Second ranking
In the second ranking list published on 30 June 2025 candidates may be:
ASSIGNED - candidates must enrol by 11:59 pm (CEST) on 2 July 2025 in the relevant programme.
If candidates fail to enrol, they will be deemed to have withdrawn.
PENDING - candidates cannot enrol, but express interest by 11:59 am (CEST) on 3 July 2025 to be considered in the next ranking.
Failure to express interest will be considered as a withdrawal from this enrolment phase.
COURSE FULL - all the places on the course at the Politecnico have been allocated and you will not be able to enrol during this phase for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Third ranking
In the third ranking list published on 7 July 2025 candidates may be:
ASSIGNED - candidates must enrol by 11:59 pm (CEST) on 9 July 2025 in the relevant programme.
If candidates fail to enrol, they will be deemed to have withdrawn.
PENDING - candidates cannot enrol, but express interest by 11:59 am (CEST) on 10 July 2025 to be considered in the next ranking.
Failure to express interest will be considered as a withdrawal from this enrolment phase.
COURSE FULL - all the places on the course at the Politecnico have been allocated and you will not be able to enrol during this phase for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Fourth ranking
In the fourth ranking list published on 14 July 2025 candidates may be:
ASSIGNED - candidates must enrol by 11:59 pm (CEST) on 16 July 2025 in the relevant programme.
If candidates fail to enrol, they will be deemed to have withdrawn.
COURSE FULL - all the places on the course at the Politecnico have been allocated and you will not be able to enrol during this phase for the 2025/2026 academic year.
